Holy cow - I am way, way sorry. You proved yourself and I am glad you did. I'm sorry it got blown out of proportion, but all I wanted was to either be proven correct or be proven wrong. And you did just that. I could have put a violation up, but decided to see what you said and man am I glad I did. I doubt I can make it up to you, but do know I am supr sorry. One of my watchers came across it and was adament that the photo was mine and had been ripped. Taima's a pretty whale and I guess photos of her (yeah, she is a girl though ) can often look alike.

If there is anyway I can make amends, please let me know.

just a piece of advice to people who think there art is being stolen

1. send them a note explaining themselves
2. wait at least a week or two to give them a chance to explain
3. very simple step report the violation to deviantart (if there is a violation they WILL take care of it)

follow these 3 simple steps and all will just fine
